Refund Policy

Last updated July 28, 2026. The paid upgrade is a single, one-time payment, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel, but refunds still follow the rules below.

When we issue a refund

  • Technical failure. Your payment succeeded, but we were unable to deliver the paid output, for example the enhancement step repeatedly failed and retries did not resolve it.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges. For example, you were charged twice for a single order.

When we don't

  • Your application is later rejected, delayed, or sent back for a new photo by the issuing authority. Our guarantee covers matching the published specification, not the outcome of your application — that decision belongs entirely to the embassy, consulate, or passport office involved, and is outside our control.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery. Once the paid digital output (photo and print sheet) has been generated and delivered to you successfully, it is treated like any other delivered digital good and is not eligible for a refund outside the circumstances above.

How to request a refund

Since there are no accounts or order numbers on our side, email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the approximate date and amount of the charge. We verify refund requests directly against the Stripe dashboard, since Stripe is our payment processor and the system of record for every charge.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Card networks typically take about five to ten business days to reflect a refund, though your bank or card issuer's own posting times may vary and are outside our control.
